Construction workers in northern Brazil made a shocking discovery that left them stunned.

While working at a construction site in Altamira, Pará, they came across an enormous snake, later identified as an anaconda, after an explosion opened up a cave. This gigantic creature was measured at a massive 33 feet in length and weighed around 400 kilograms.

A worker captured footage of the snake, and in the video, viewers can see its massive, thick body—approximately one meter in diameter. The snake’s yellow-spotted belly was especially noticeable as it was lifted with the help of a crane, revealing the full size of this astonishing creature.

The video of the discovery quickly went viral, drawing attention from viewers worldwide. However, the excitement was also mixed with criticism.

Many people expressed concern about the way the snake was handled, with some viewers suggesting that the workers had killed the animal rather than letting it stay in its natural habitat.
